About the Role
As a Project Manager - K12 Buildings, you will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, managing construction oversight, and resolving complex project-related issues. You will act as the onsite Owners Representative, ensuring progress, technical performance, material management, schedule, cost, scope, and safety are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and significant related experience.
- 7+ years of related construction project management experience with K12 projects.
- Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building, and client relationship building.
Preferred:
- Strong working knowledge in vendor procurements, change order negotiation, budget and schedule management, operational governance, client satisfaction, and management.
