About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, design, and execution of land development projects while providing technical leadership and project management oversight. You will manage multiple projects, lead and mentor project teams, serve as a technical resource, and ensure successful project delivery in collaboration with clients and regulatory agencies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited program.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Florida, or ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire.
- Experience with land development design including residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, WaterCAD, ICPR, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of land development permitting and regulatory processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working in collaborative environments using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and initiative.
