About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for understanding, evaluating, developing, and executing scopes of work. Your daily tasks will include soliciting and approving proposals from subcontractors, preparing project schedules, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. You will also monitor project budgets and schedules, act as a liaison between various stakeholders, and manage project documentation.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years Assistant Project Manager Experience.
- Knowledge and experience with construction drawings, specifications, and other construction-related documents.
Preferred:
- Supervisor or APM of at least 2 Area Wide Events.
- Experience in DR or GC (single competency required).
- Basic industry training with a minimum of seven (7) current certifications.
