About the Role
As a Project Manager/Roadway Engineer, you will lead and manage municipal roadway projects from inception through completion. Your responsibilities will include developing project scopes, budgets, and schedules, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, supervising project team members, ensuring compliance with standards, preparing project documentation, conducting site visits, managing project financials, and communicating project status effectively.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of California.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in roadway design and project management, with a focus on municipal projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of municipal engineering standards and practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in relevant software and technology for roadway design and project management.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
