- 5+ years of direct Information Technology experience with a strong understanding of enterprise systems and processes.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
