About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading project scope, schedule, budget, and quality for major industrial, office, and science + technology facility design projects. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinate internal teams, mentor team members, and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders throughout all project phases.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5–10+ years of project management experience with large-scale industrial or commercial facilities.
- Strong understanding of contracts, cost estimating, scheduling, and the design/construction process.
- Exceptional client management skills with a track record of building trusted relationships.
Preferred:
- Professional licensure (PE, RA, PMP) is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
