- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of NETA Testing related experience.
- Ability to read and understand complex blueprints and schematics.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good judgment, organizational skills, and customer service abilities.
- Active NETA III or IV certification.
- Experience in a testing environment.
- Self-management of projects and job cost accountability.
