WEP Clinical is seeking a Project Manager, Decentralized Clinical Trials to join their team remotely in the United States. The role involves managing decentralized clinical trial nursing and other clinical research projects to improve patient outcomes.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, Decentralized Clinical Trials, you will oversee the full lifecycle of decentralized clinical trial nursing projects, ensuring compliance with contracts, regulations, and applicable laws. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, manage day-to-day project operations, provide cross-functional leadership, and coordinate meetings. Additionally, you will manage vendor performance, track project activities, and liaise with the Quality Assurance team.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in a health or science field).
- 3-6 years of experience in project management, clinical research, or monitoring (DCT experience preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer literacy.
- Willing and able to travel for business meetings, trainings, or industry events.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive, professional attitude.
- Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
- Familiarity with current ICH GCP guidelines and clinical research best practices.
