About the Role
As a Project Manager I, you will confirm scope and requirements with clients, ensure contracts are executed, develop proposals, lead project kick-offs, establish schedules, maintain project documentation, facilitate meetings, monitor budgets, and oversee construction administration. You will also engage in ongoing training and support business development with existing clients.
About You
Required:
- Technical or Bachelor’s degree in one of the major technical disciplines practiced by the firm with four years related project experience or ten years of practical experience on similar projects.
- Professional Engineer Licensure preferred.
Preferred:
- Experience managing multi-discipline design teams and coordinating with subconsultants and contractors.
- Working knowledge of project financials including fees, change orders, earned value, and forecasts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with scheduling/resource planning tools.
- Clear, concise communication and meeting facilitation; strong documentation and follow-through.
- Ability to analyze issues, evaluate options, and make sound decisions in collaboration with stakeholders.
