As a Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolve complaints, maintain product knowledge, and support production by managing estimates and orders. You will also collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and assist in developing customer service strategies.

Required:

Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High school diploma or equivalent.
