About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of rater/crowd projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery. You will define project scopes, timelines, and resource allocation while managing risks and dependencies. Acting as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, you will provide regular updates, reports, and insights on project performance. You will monitor KPIs such as productivity, quality, and retention of the crowd workforce, partner with engagement and operations teams, develop and maintain documentation, drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage escalations, support budget planning, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years in project management, ideally in BPO, tech, or digital workforce operations.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree or PMP certification.
- Experience with distributed workforces or large-scale rater/crowd programs.
