Summary
Jobsity is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Latin America. The role involves driving multiple initiatives across the SRE organization by bridging project execution, cloud engineering understanding, and DevSecOps awareness.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for technical coordination and delivery, working closely with an engineering manager and a hands-on TPM. Your tasks will include grooming tickets, enforcing processes, driving priorities, and ensuring cross-functional teams remain unblocked. This role requires a blend of high technical literacy and strong project management instincts.
About You
Required:
- Engineering background (software, DevOps, SRE, DevSecOps exposure).
- Experience with Cloud (AWS, GCP, Oracle) – must understand terminology and use cases.
- Strong project management skills: backlog grooming, requirements gathering, defining success criteria.
- Excellent communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and high ownership.
Preferred:
- Confident with Epics, Themes, Super Themes.
- Experience in building dashboards, filters, and using JQL.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize in fast-paced settings.
- Enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating proactively.
