HCLTech is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Raymond, OH. The role involves leading and managing IT projects using Agile/Waterfall methodologies, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and stakeholder communication.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will proactively manage schedules to achieve project deliverables, coordinate daily activities among teams, facilitate meetings to resolve project concerns, establish business relationships, manage project budgets, and maintain accurate documentation. You will also monitor resource allocation, communicate project progress to stakeholders, and develop countermeasures to ensure project goals are met.
About You
Required:
- Engineering or IT-related bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of Agile/Waterfall experience in leading IT projects.
- PMP Certification.
Preferred:
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Experience with PM tools such as Clarity or equivalent PPM tool.
- System architecture awareness and design.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
