About the Role

As a Project Manager at Ware Malcomb, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating project phases including conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction services. You will maintain project health, manage budgets, oversee contract documents, and represent the firm in public design review meetings. Additionally, you will mentor junior project members and assist in marketing efforts.

About You

Required:

7+ years of experience in the field of Architecture.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
AutoCAD and Revit skills.
Thorough knowledge of building codes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience working on retail projects.
Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma.
Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents.
