About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of real estate system initiatives, developing detailed project plans, managing multiple concurrent projects, and serving as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders. You will partner with various teams to support capabilities, coordinate system integrations, and ensure adherence to PMO governance standards while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.

About You

Required:

8+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within enterprise IT or PMO environments.
Strong understanding of real estate lifecycle concepts.
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Expertise with project management methodologies.
Strong financial acumen, including budget ownership and forecasting.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive-level presentation skills.

Preferred:

PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent project management certification.
Experience integrating real estate systems with ERP or financial platforms.
Experience working in retail, restaurant, or multi-site real estate environments.
Background in process optimization or digital transformation initiatives.
