About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will oversee a team of managers and analysts to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications. You will conduct cost analysis, prepare and implement budgets, conduct risk assessments, and act as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring compliance with regulations, submitting drawings for approval, and addressing any project-related questions or concerns.
About You
Required:
- At least three years of related experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Preferred:
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
