About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, coordinating production requirements, managing inventory, and executing orders according to established workflows. You will also facilitate customer account reconciliations, lead preproduction meetings, and participate in post job-cost analysis meetings to identify improvement opportunities.
About You
Required:
- Prior experience (four years or more) in manufacturing customer service, project management, or business-to-business inside sales.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred:
- BS/BA in an appropriate field.
- Experience with print or corrugated packaging production operations and equipment.
