Summary
MSM Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Level Project Manager to oversee the Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) contract for a national federal enforcement contract of approximately 30 FTEs.
About the Role
As a Senior Level Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing tasks, providing strategic direction, ensuring quality assurance, and maintaining effective communication between the Customer and Contractor personnel. Your duties will include overseeing daily operations, providing tactical support to teams, managing team development, ensuring operational efficiency, engaging with stakeholders, resolving complex issues, optimizing resource allocation, leading continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring quality assurance, and maintaining compliance with policies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a relevant field.
- Active Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management with at least 7 years in an Enterprise IT environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Help Desk teams from Tier 0-3 support.
- Experience managing IT infrastructure projects, server management, network operations, and Tier I/II/III support frameworks.
Preferred:
- Experience with Law Enforcement contracts or project management.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and virtualization.
- Experience in a quality assurance environment with knowledge of customer satisfaction tracking and quality control programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior Government officials.
- Proven experience with manpower utilization, training, problem resolution, and employee relations.
