About You
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or similar discipline.
- 5+ years of experience working on project teams, including project schedule development and risk management.
- Willingness to practice hands-on management and drive timely execution across cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional partners including engineering, contracts, finance, scheduling, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in MS Office.
- US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret level security clearance.
- Prior US military defense or aerospace industry experience.
- Understanding of Earned Value Management principles.
- Understanding of principles associated with Risks and Opportunities.
- Proposal development experience.
- PMP Certification or equivalent.
