About the Role

As a Project Moderator, you will work directly with onsite participants to moderate sessions, provide updates to the production team, and ensure high-quality data generation. Your responsibilities will include operating data collection equipment, managing logistics, capturing data, and addressing participant questions. You will also assist in preparing session materials and monitor participant flow.

Experience in moderation, facilitation, proctoring or similar roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage groups and foster a positive environment.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, communications, or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
Technical knowledge and hands-on experience using iOS, troubleshooting hardware issues, and working with command-line tools.
