About the Role
As a Project Moderator, you will work directly with onsite participants to moderate user sessions, provide updates to the production team, and perform basic troubleshooting of data collection technology. Your responsibilities will include operating and maintaining data collection equipment, managing logistics, capturing data, and ensuring high-quality data generation. You will also interact with participants, assist in preparing session materials, and monitor participant flow within the site.
About You
Required:
- Experience in moderation, facilitation, proctoring or similar roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage groups and foster a positive environment.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing scenarios.
- Customer service oriented.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, communications, or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
- Technical knowledge and hands-on experience using iOS and troubleshooting hardware issues.
