As a Project Success Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating quotes using Salesforce, converting approved quotes into sales orders, reviewing contract documents, assisting in bid preparation, maintaining communication with customers and vendors, providing customer support, and managing project files. You will also collaborate with other departments and utilize Salesforce for database management.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a dynamic, growing organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office software applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Preferred:
- Salesforce or related CRM experience.
- Willingness to partner and solve problems cross-departmentally.
