About the Role
As a Property & Casualty Licensed Agent, you will engage with members through various communication channels to assist with quotes, new policies, billing inquiries, and policy changes. You will build rapport with members, process insurance transactions, collaborate with insurance carriers, and maintain required certifications while meeting performance metrics related to service quality and member satisfaction.
About You
Required:
- Valid MI Property & Casualty license.
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask across multiple applications.
- Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license.
- Typing speed of 20 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Solid understanding of insurance compliance and regulatory standards.
Preferred:
- Some college degree.
- Contact center experience.
- Strong research and internet skills.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
