About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3–5 years of professional accounting experience in the real estate or property management industry.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, AppFolio, or Timberline).
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
- Strong understanding of accrual-based accounting and GAAP.
- Familiarity with commercial lease structures (Triple Net, Full Service, etc.).
