About You
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 2+ years of public accounting and/or commercial real estate accounting experience.
- Strong analytical ability and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of GAAP, specifically in real estate.
- Experience with MRI, Yardi, Skyline, JD Edwards, or CTI systems.
- CPA certification.
