INNOVIM, LLC is seeking a Property Custodian and Human Resource Assistant (Consultant III) to join their team in Lanham/Greenbelt, MD. The role involves supporting management, organizational, and business improvement efforts for public sector clients.
About the Role
As a Property Custodian and Human Resource Assistant, you will maintain custodial records, identify and report property excess, submit reports for lost or damaged property, conduct physical inventories, and assist with personnel document control and HR system actions. You will coordinate with a diverse team and may be required to travel.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate skill level in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to make critical decisions with limited guidance.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Preferred:
- Experience in collaborative work environments utilizing Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365.
- Familiarity with HR Connect, Gateway Tool, Sunflower, Smartsheet, and Personal Property Management System (PPMS).
- Experience in facilities management and operational support.
