About You
- 2-3 years of relevant Property Management experience within the Bay Area.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be based in or near Oakland, as the role requires frequent travel between properties.
- Associate's degree preferred; Bachelor's or advanced degree a plus.
- Proven track record of working at properties during launching or leasing campaigns.
