As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Senior Housing Apartments and community, handling administrative and compliance tasks, and providing leadership and management to staff.
About You
Required:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- HUD regulations knowledge/experience required.
- Property Management, Housing, and Social Services experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Computer and technical skills.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- Ability to travel as necessary for training.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to be flexible and receptive to diverse population.
