About the Role
As a Property Manager 1, you will be responsible for reviewing and developing requests for property acquisition and alterations, inspecting properties for compliance, participating in negotiations for office space, and managing logistics related to space-related expenditures and modifications. You will also conduct onsite inspections, prepare reports, and track tenant alteration requests.
About You
Required:
- Four years of experience performing office and field duties directed at the construction, acquisition, rehabilitation, and maintenance of office space.
- Ability to conduct inspections and ensure compliance with contracts, leases, codes, and regulations.
Preferred:
- Experience in negotiating with various stakeholders regarding office space procurement.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field may substitute for four years of experience.
