About the Role
As a Property Manager II, you will be responsible for staff support, training, and supervision, including hiring and training maintenance staff. You will manage program compliance, develop housing management policies, oversee property maintenance, and handle financial management tasks. Additionally, you will conduct site reviews and ensure that properties are well maintained while providing regular reports to management.
About You
Required:
- Four years of property management experience for a building with more than 50 units.
- Strong working knowledge of landlord, tenant, and Fair Housing laws.
- Experience managing low-income housing projects and compliance with relevant financing and housing requirements.
- Excellent supervisory skills with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
- Proficient in Word and Excel, with experience in record-keeping and report preparation.
Preferred:
- Experience working with homeless people in a residential setting.
- Familiarity with a Housing First model.
