About You
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred; minimum of 3-5 years of related experience and/or training.
- Real Estate License required where mandatory by local regulation.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with commercial office, retail, and/or industrial properties.
- CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy.
- Knowledge of Yardi or MRI and Kardin.
