Summary
Wright-Pierce is seeking a Proposal/Pursuit Manager to join their collaborative marketing team, supporting business development efforts across New England, New York, South Carolina, and Florida.
About the Role
As a Proposal/Pursuit Manager, you will work closely with engineering teams to develop proposals and presentations, lead strategic pursuits, coordinate proposal development, and ensure compliance with RFP/RFQ criteria. You will also be responsible for content development for presentations and proposals, and will visit project sites to gain firsthand knowledge of the firm's operations.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of marketing and proposal experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, with specific expertise in MS Word layout and formatting.
- BA/BS degree in marketing, business administration, English, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional written communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
