About the Role
As a Proposal Administrator, you will work closely with Rockwell engineers and internal support staff to generate proposal documents, develop accurate estimates, and coordinate inputs from various sources. You will be responsible for following company policies, preparing internal review documents, and identifying process improvement opportunities. This role requires effective communication with customers and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to U.S. Government customer requirements.
- Must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
Preferred:
- Typically requires 4 years of related experience.
- Knowledgeable of ERP systems (preferably IFS & SAP).
- Strong communication and change management skills.
