About the Role
As the Proposal Analyst Staff, you will be responsible for serving as the pricing lead from RFP receipt through Proposal Authorization, ensuring accurate cost models and pricing assessments. You will coordinate functional inputs from engineering, logistics, and finance to produce cohesive proposals, guide proposals through management review processes, mentor junior analysts, and conduct fact-finding and negotiations.
About You
Required:
- Prior experience as a proposal analyst leading major proposal efforts.
- Knowledge of FAR and Cost/Pricing Data Requirements.
- High attention to detail and ability to summarize large volumes of complex data.
Preferred:
- Experience using proposal estimating or pricing systems.
- Experience with multiple proposal contract types.
