About the Role
As a Proposal Coordinator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality proposals, coordinating marketing materials, and supporting capture planning processes. Your tasks will include writing and editing content, collaborating with team members, and maintaining organized marketing information. You will also learn about Layton's services and contribute to the development of non-proposal support materials.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business or a related field or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of experience in proposal and presentation planning, page layout, and editing.
Preferred:
Experience in the AEC industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite and MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
