About the Role
As a Protective Services Case Manager, you will be responsible for conducting home visits, developing service plans, and monitoring cases of elder abuse and neglect. You will work closely with families and community resources, ensuring proper documentation and case management. The position requires availability for rotating on-call duties and the ability to climb multiple flights of stairs.
About You
Required:
- Masters or higher degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human development, nursing, sociology, criminal justice, public health, public policy, or gerontology with at least one year of relevant experience; or a Bachelor's degree with at least two years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
Preferred:
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW).
