About the Role
As a Protocol Scheduler, you will be responsible for all aspects of patient scheduling in accordance with clinical trial protocols. Your duties will include scheduling appointments, creating patient-specific protocol calendars, obtaining clinical information, and serving as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers. You will also handle documentation for patient eligibility and compliance with protocol requirements, while ensuring a high standard of customer service.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree in health administration or a related field.
Up to 1 year of experience in healthcare or customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
Experience in a clinical setting.
Familiarity with patient scheduling systems.
