About the Role
As a Provider Enrollment & Credentialing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating initial credentialing and recredentialing for various healthcare providers, maintaining accurate provider data, ensuring compliance with credentialing standards, and assisting with issue resolution related to credentialing and enrollment. You will work closely with providers, payers, and internal departments to support timely patient access and reimbursement.
About You
Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience in provider credentialing or enrollment, preferably in a healthcare, medical group, or managed care environment.
Working knowledge of credentialing standards (NCQA, URAC, CMS) and credentialing software.
Preferred:
Prior experience with delegated credentialing or payer audit support.
Experience using Athenahealth and VerityStream platforms.
