As a PRS Growth Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, building strategic partnerships with centers of influence, leading and mentoring a sales team, and ensuring alignment with operational goals. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance Lockton's presence and performance in the high-net-worth sector.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or producer management within high-net-worth personal lines, private client, or wealth management sectors.
- Proven success in building strategic referral partnerships.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales or client service teams.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree or insurance designations (CPCU, CPRIA, CIC, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and build trusted internal relationships.
