Summary
Bethany Christian Services is seeking a PRS Intervention Specialist to join their team remotely in North Carolina. The role involves providing intensive case management and crisis intervention services to unaccompanied children and their families.
About the Role
As a PRS Intervention Specialist, you will be responsible for advocating for clients, developing safety and treatment plans, conducting home visits, and providing psychoeducational support. You will maintain a caseload, assess placements, and connect families to resources while adhering to agency and regulatory requirements.
About You
Required:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or other relevant behavioral science.
- Demonstrated clinical, therapeutic, and crisis intervention skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively on a multi-disciplinary team.
- Must be 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years driving experience in the U.S.
Preferred:
- Bilingual in Spanish/English or other common language spoken by refugee and immigrant populations.
- Demonstrated experience working with unaccompanied children and families.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
