About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and experience in capital projects execution.
- 12+ years of experience in capital governance, capital portfolio management, PMO leadership, or capital project execution in a complex, global organization.
- Demonstrated track record leading large, cross-functional capital initiatives.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in life sciences, manufacturing, or highly regulated environments.
- Experience leading the execution of a capital portfolio with an annual spend greater than $800M.
