About the Role
As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for performing blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, collecting specimens for various tests, processing billing information, and maintaining patient and specimen logs. You will also provide superior customer service and perform administrative duties as necessary.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable.
Preferred:
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
- Previous experience as a phlebotomist.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
