About the Role
As a Psychiatric Emergency Clinician I, you will independently conduct evaluations for children, youth, and adults under 5585/5150 regulations. You will engage and educate clients and their families in crisis stabilization and mental health recovery, while also serving as a liaison to community programs to enhance aftercare plans.
About You
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
- Two (2) years of direct service experience in a behavioral health setting.
- Waived Clinician as ACSW or IMFT and completion of all prelicensure classes.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment.
