- Kentucky licensed with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
- Active DEA required.
- Experience in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan.
- Experience in both medication management and psychotherapy.
- Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic.
