About the Role
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you will conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations, provide interventional psychiatric services, create and communicate treatment plans, prescribe medications, and ensure timely completion of clinical documentation. You will work in a collaborative environment focused on serving the mental health needs of children, adolescents, and adults.
About You
Required:
- Unrestricted ARNP license to practice in Iowa.
- Unrestricted DEA license in Iowa.
- Current board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Excellent communication, patient relations, time management skills, and safety awareness.
Preferred:
- Experience with interventions such as TMS and Esketamine/Spravato.
- Background in Substance Use Disorders (SUD).
