About the Role
About You
- License and current registration to practice medicine in New York State.
- Completion of a training program in psychiatry approved by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) for Psychiatrist 1 or certification in psychiatry approved by the ABPN for Psychiatrist 2.
- Experience in correctional mental health services.
- One year of permanent competitive or 55-b/55-c service in a title eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.
