About You
- Active state license as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist - PsyD/Ph.D.
- Master’s degree (LCMHC/LMFT) or Doctoral degree (Psychologist) in a relevant mental health field.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a clinical team.
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
- Experience working with geriatric populations.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, or long-term care settings.
