About You
- Master’s Degree in counseling or social work.
- Illinois licensure as a LCPC or LCSW.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient care.
- Knowledge of growth and development principles and psycho-social needs of patients.
- Proven skills in communication, problem solving, decision making, and computer-related tasks.
- 2 years of experience post master’s degree completion.
- 2 years of experience working with the age and diagnoses of the population served.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting.

- Clinical base hourly pay range: $32.87–$38.66.
