- Graduate of a Physical Therapist Education program approved by CAPTE.
- Current Physical Therapist licensure in State and American Heart Association CPR certification required.
- Two (2) years of experience in adult physical therapy.
- Home health experience.
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
