About the Role
As a PT Home Health, you will be responsible for delivering pediatric physical therapy services, conducting assessments, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and families, and maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress using the Epic charting system.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric physical therapy.
- California PT license and BLS certification.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a charge role.
- Experience with Epic charting system.
- Experience in home health or outpatient clinic settings.
